SUZUKI GB named TOP automotive brand for customer service in July 2023
Suzuki is proud to be ranked number 1 for customer satisfaction within the July 2023 UKCSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) for the automotive sector. Suzuki has exceeded all expectations with an average CSI score of 82.3 over the industry's average of 79.4!
Here at Completely Suzuki we are proud to be part of such an incredibly well-thought-after organisation! The UKCSI index, this July had 52,000 responses across all industries, with 3,500 of them being for the automotive sector. The survey asks questions relating to the 5 most important aspects of customer satisfaction – including experience, customer ethos, emotional connection (trust) and ethics! This isn’t the first time Suzuki has come out on top within the automotive sector, since 2019 the biannual survey has named Suzuki the highest 7 times! Yes, 7!
Suzuki also came out on top for most likely to be recommended by others (within the automotive sector), a key attribute for the brand! The brand was nearly 6 points higher within this category than the next automotive brand.
